The Pack baseball team notched a big ACC win last night in Coral Gables, FL.
Vince Gutierrez scored the go-ahead run all the way from first base when Miami made two throwing errors on a botched pickoff attempt and Joe Florio drove in an insurance run with a two-out double as NC State defeated Miami 5-3 in 13 innings in a Friday the 13th games at Mark Light Field. The game was the first of a three-game Atlantic Coast Conference series between the Wolfpack and Hurricanes. NC State improved to 25-10 overall and 10-6 in the ACC. link to article
